Podcast interview scam
Several authors have told us they have been approached by supposed Little Atoms producers requesting payment in return for an appearance on the podcast. This is a fraud. Little Atoms will NEVER ask authors for money to appear on the showDear readers and authors
Several authors have made the Little Atoms team aware of emails, claiming to be from Little Atoms, inviting them to appear on the programme. These invitations are often followed up by requests for payment.
Let us be clear: Little Atoms has never and will never asked guests to pay to appear on the show. We extremely rarely cold-approach authors - we prefer to deal formally with publishers and agents unless we have a strong existing relationship with an author.
