Steve is author of four books on topics as diverse as bohemian Europe, the rise of oligarchs and the private security industry, and poverty in northwest England. He is a member of the Advisory Council for the Orwell Youth Prize.

He has expertise in French and EU Africa policy, development policy, grassroots development, development finance, and project and trade finance. She is programme manager of Clerkenwell Design Week 2013 and 2014. Helen also provides copywriting for professional bodies including the Design Council and the Professional Planning Forum.
